Psychotherapy and Counselling

In person and online therapy for adult individuals and couples

How I work as a psychotherapist

I have many years of experience working with clients from a wide range of ages and backgrounds. This has enabled me to support people through a variety of challenges, including anxiety, ADHD, grief and bereavement, perimenopause, depression, and relationship difficulties.

My training and experience allow me to draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, adapting my work to meet each client’s individual needs.

I have worked with both long-term clients and those seeking shorter, time-limited support. Whatever the nature of our work together, I believe the most important element is the relationship we build. For this reason, I prioritise creating a space grounded in trust, respect, and empathy

If you'd like to know more about my approach or whether I'd be the right therapist for you, please get in touch. I'd be happy to discuss your requirements and answer any questions you may have.
